As an Operations Specialist at White Rabbit Japan:

Your primary responsibility is ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly across various departments. You will need to provide support and troubleshoot daily purchasing, receiving, and shipping operations to resolve any issues that may arise.

In the event of any problems, you will be responsible for taking appropriate steps to resolve them quickly. This could involve dealing with a vendor that has shipped a wrong or damaged item, or tracking down missing items from a package. You will need to keep an organized record of these issues and use your fluency in both Japanese and English to communicate with online shops, shipping partners, and various team members across the organization to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.

Your ability to keep our customers informed and ensure the smooth progress of operations will be crucial to your success in this role.
